AEM Holdings (AWX) reported first-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of 116.9 million Singapore dollars, a 35.8 percent year-on-year increase and 4.5 percent higher than the preceding quarter. Profit before tax rose to 17.8 million Singapore dollars, representing 15.2 percent of revenue, while diluted earnings per share reached 4.59 Singapore cents, up 337.1 percent from a year earlier.
The growth was driven primarily by continued high-volume production for a fabless artificial-intelligence and high-performance-computing customer and stronger orders from a personal-computer/foundry customer. Test Cell Solutions contributed 88.1 million Singapore dollars, or 75 percent, of group revenue during the quarter.
In light of stronger-than-expected demand, the company raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to between 550 million and 600 million Singapore dollars, up from the previous range of 460 million to 510 million Singapore dollars.
During the quarter, AEM announced a strategic partnership with Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, under which ASE subscribed for about 1 percent of AEM’s issued capital for 12 million Singapore dollars and received warrants tied to future revenue milestones. The collaboration is intended to accelerate next-generation test solutions for AI and HPC devices and provide AEM with direct access to hyperscale customers.
AEM also received the 2026 Intel EPIC Supplier Award, the chipmaker’s highest supplier commendation.
As at end-March 2026, the group reported net assets of 516.5 million Singapore dollars, cash of 72.9 million Singapore dollars and loans and borrowings of 16.4 million Singapore dollars, resulting in a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.03 times.
