Aspial Lifestyle finalises RM147.3 million purchase of three Malaysian jewellery firms

Aspial Lifestyle Limited announced on Jun, 29 2026 that its indirect wholly owned unit, Maxi Cash (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., has completed the acquisition of all shares in Ion World Sdn. Bhd., Kedai Emas Ion Sdn. Bhd. and Focus Resources Sdn. Bhd.

The total purchase consideration was RM147.32 million, equivalent to about 46.42 million Singapore dollars, after agreed adjustments.

In addition, the buyer has withheld RM3.0 million, or roughly 0.95 million Singapore dollars, for up to 12 months to cover any potential tax, legal or operational liabilities arising from the deal.
