Innocare Pharma Limited (HKEX: 09969) has announced the issuance of new shares pursuant to its 2024 equity incentive plan.

On June 26, 2026, the company issued 795,000 new shares to two directors as a result of the vesting for the first vesting period under the initial grant portion of the 2024 equity incentive plan, which was adopted on December 17, 2024.

Also on June 26, 2026, the company issued 200,000 new shares to two senior management personnel based on the same vesting conditions of the plan's initial grant.

Furthermore, on the same date, the company issued 1,422,300 new shares to 70 incentive recipients, again under the terms of the initial grant's first vesting period.

In total, the company has issued 2,417,300 new shares under this segment of the incentive plan.
