C-MER Medical Holdings Limited (03309) maintained its total authorised share capital at HKD 800.00 million as of 28 February 2026, with 8.00 billion ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.10 each.

The total number of shares in issue remained at 1.23 billion, composed of 1.21 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 20.62 million treasury shares. During the month, 1.06 million shares were repurchased and added to treasury, reducing issued shares by the same amount.
