RIGOL (00537) announced that, to further optimize its corporate governance structure and enhance management decision-making efficiency, the company has appointed Executive Director Dr. Sun Ningxiao as its Co-Chief Executive Officer.

This appointment takes effect from the date of this announcement and will remain in place until the conclusion of the current board term.
