On 24 July 2026, China Tangshang Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Annual Report and 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report have been published on both the company’s website (www.ts674.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have opted for printed materials will receive hard copies enclosed with the notice. Shareholders preferring printed documents, or those experiencing difficulty accessing the online versions, can request hard copies at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited at its Hong Kong office—17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road—or by emailing 674-ecom@vistra.com.

The company emphasizes that shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address. Without a functional email address on file, shareholders will receive only printed notices and actionable corporate communications until an updated address is supplied.
