Hong Kong Market Announcement Highlights: Three IPOs Launch Including Optical Module Supplier, Lenovo Plans $2 Billion Convertible Bond Issue

Several companies have commenced their initial public offering processes in Hong Kong today.

海光芯正 (01191), a supplier of optical modules, has begun its share offering. Several cornerstone investors, including Win-Win Technology and E Fund Management, have subscribed for approximately HK$763.4 million worth of shares.

Scene insurance leader 白鸽在线 (02672) has also launched its IPO, proposing a global offering of 33.3444 million H shares. The company is expected to list on June 29.

礼邦医药-B (09637) has initiated its share sale as well. Eleven top-tier institutions, including GIC, Loomis Sayles, RTW Investments, and Tencent, have subscribed for HK$638.6 million worth of shares as cornerstone investors.

In other significant corporate developments, 联想集团 (00992) has announced plans to issue new convertible bonds worth $2 billion. Concurrently, the company intends to redeem its old bonds at a premium and conduct a share repurchase.

量化派 (02685) has disclosed the acquisition of a company that holds a value-added telecommunications business operation license for internet information services.

A subsidiary of 上海电气 (02727), Yinghe Technology, plans to acquire 100% of the equity in Angwa Automation.

巨子生物 (02367) announced that its cross-linked recombinant collagen implant has received a Medical Device Registration Certificate from China's National Medical Products Administration.

Major shareholder CBC Group has increased its stake in 云顶新耀 (01952) by 712,000 shares.

阜丰集团 (00546) has issued a profit warning, indicating that it may report a loss or a significant decrease in post-tax profit for the interim period.
