CR BLDG MAT TEC (01313) announced that on March 25, 2026, CR BLDG MAT TEC Holdings Limited (the Company), acting as the borrower, entered into a facility letter with a bank (the Lender) for an uncommitted revolving loan facility with a ceiling of HK$750 million. Under the terms and conditions of the facility letter, the Company is deemed to have undertaken to the Lender, among other things, to ensure that China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. maintains at least a 51% equity interest in the Company.
