The Board of Directors of Jintuo Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 603211) announced the appointment of Mr. Xie Linlei as the company’s Board Secretary, effective November 7, 2025, following approval at the 16th meeting of the second board of directors.

Mr. Xie, born in 1987, holds a bachelor’s degree and possesses both non-practicing CPA and legal professional qualifications. From March 2020 to March 2025, he served as Senior Vice President and Business Director in the Investment Banking Department of Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. (GTHT). Since April 2025, he has been the company’s Investment Director.

The role of Board Secretary is a key executive position responsible for investor relations, regulatory compliance, and corporate communications. Xie’s extensive investment banking experience equips him with the financial, legal, and regulatory expertise required for the role.

The outgoing Board Secretary, Mr. Qiu Xingzhong, resigned due to work adjustments. The company acknowledged his contributions since 2021 in governance, disclosure, and investor relations.

Separately, Guangdong Huahui Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has submitted an application for IPO tutoring review to the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau. Haitong Securities, as the tutoring institution, has conducted five phases of tutoring since October 26, 2023.
