On 18 September 2026, China Baoli Technologies Holdings Limited informed non-registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of its latest Special General Meeting (SGM) Circular and the related Notice of SGM have been uploaded to the company’s website (www.aplushk.com/clients/00164chinabaoli) and to HKEX’s news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are encouraged to access the electronic documents; however, those who experience difficulties in doing so—or who prefer hard copies—may complete and return the accompanying Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can be submitted via the supplied prepaid mailing label or by email to 164-ecom@vistra.com, and printed copies will be dispatched free of charge.

Non-registered holders who wish to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to the bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited through which their shares are held. Absence of a valid email address will result in receipt of printed notifications only.
