The Chinese securities regulator has issued a filing acceptance notice to AUNTEA JENNY (02589) regarding its proposal to implement an H-share full circulation scheme.

According to the notice released by the company, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has completed the filing for the conversion of a total of 35.256 million domestic non-tradable shares into H-shares eligible for full circulation.

The filing notice is valid for a period of 12 months starting from June 22, 2026.

The company stated it will proceed to apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the listing and trading approval of the corresponding H-shares.
