HK&S HOTELS (00045) announced that in the third quarter of 2025, the Peninsula Hotel's revenue per available room (RevPAR) in Greater China stood at HK$2,477. The figure was HK$2,011 in other Asian regions, HK$5,994 in the US, and HK$9,234 in Europe.

During the same period, the Peninsula Hotel's average daily rate (ADR) in Greater China reached HK$3,697. Other Asian regions recorded an ADR of HK$3,136, while the US and Europe reported HK$8,113 and HK$13,547, respectively.

Occupancy rates for the Peninsula Hotel in Q3 2025 were 67% in Greater China, 64% in other Asian regions, 74% in the US, and 68% in Europe.
