The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution seeking shareholder approval for the Hebei Province Rural Coal-to-Gas Sales and Purchase Framework Agreement dated 30 June 2026, entered into among HECIC New-energy Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., Hebei Natural Gas Co., Ltd. and Hebei Gas Co., Ltd.
