Dongjiang Environmental Company Limited (stock code: 00895) has announced that its second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in 2025 will take place on December 5, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. The venue is set for the 11th Floor of Dongjiang Environmental Building, No. 9 Langshan Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the People’s Republic of China.

The EGM will consider several special and ordinary resolutions related to amendments of key governance documents, including the Articles of Association, the Rules of Procedures for General Meeting, the Rules of Procedures for Board Meeting, the Rules for Decision Making in respect of Related Party Transactions, and the Rules for Management of External Guarantees.

The H Share register will be closed from December 2 to December 5, 2025 (inclusive). Holders of H Shares whose names are recorded by 4:30 p.m. on December 1, 2025, will be entitled to attend and vote. Proxy forms shall be lodged with the Company’s H Share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 4, 2025.

Shareholders and proxies must present identification upon entry. Resolutions will be decided by poll unless designated otherwise for procedural or administrative matters, and the meeting is expected to conclude within half a day.
