Cutia Therapeutics (CUTIA-B, HKEX: 02487) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed on 4 September 2026.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 2.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00002 each, equivalent to USD 50,000. • Issued share count (excluding treasury shares) held steady at 373.17 million, while treasury shares totalled 1.36 million, leaving total issued shares at 374.53 million. • No new ordinary shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred or cancelled during the month.

Equity Incentive Plans • Under the Pre-IPO Share Option Program, 645 options were forfeited, reducing outstanding options to 18.91 million. • The Post-IPO Equity Incentive Plan showed no movements, with authorisation in place for up to 30.40 million shares. • Within the Pre-IPO Share Award Program, 5,485 share awards were forfeited, bringing outstanding awards to 6.30 million. • No option exercises occurred; consequently, no funds were raised in August.

Public Float and Compliance Cutia confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold, maintaining at least 25% of its issued share capital in public hands as at 31 August 2026.
