CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited, the manager of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust, announced that Non-Executive Independent Director Quek Bin Hwee will retire from the board, effective Apr, 22 2026. She will also step down as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC).

Jeann Low Ngiap Jong, currently a Non-Executive Independent Director and ARC member since Aug, 16 2021, will succeed Quek as ARC Chairman from Apr, 22 2026.

Following these changes, the board will comprise eight directors, including five Non-Executive Independent Directors. Updated committee memberships from Apr, 22 2026 are:

• Audit and Risk Committee: Jeann Low Ngiap Jong (Chairman), Leo Mun Wai (Member), Tan Boon Khai (Member). • Executive Committee: Jonathan Yap Neng Tong (Chairman), Tan Choon Siang (Member), Janine Gui Siew Kheng (Member). • Nominating and Remuneration Committee: Teo Swee Lian (Chairman), Stephen Lim Beng Lin (Member), Jonathan Yap Neng Tong (Member).
