Oil States International (NYSE:OIS) reported quarterly earnings of $0.09 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.06 by 50 percent. The company reported quarterly sales of $164.59 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $173.33 million by 5.04 percent. This is a 20.97 percent decrease over sales of $208.27 million the same period last year.
