ALPHA PRO HLDGS (00948) announced that on May 28, 2026, its subsidiary Shenzhen Alpha Commercial Management, along with Shenzhen Huadun and Zhihe Consulting, signed the articles of association for a joint venture company. The purpose is to establish a joint venture company in China, which will primarily engage in providing elevator installation, maintenance, and upkeep services. The subsidiary will contribute RMB 17 million (approximately HKD 19.635 million) to the joint venture company. The group is mainly involved in dairy product operations and provides warehousing logistics and cleaning services. Since launching its self-operated cleaning service business in September 2025, it has used this as a strategic entry point to enter the integrated facility management services sector. As the joint venture company will primarily focus on providing elevator installation, maintenance, and upkeep services, the directors believe that establishing the joint venture will help the group build a market position in the facility management services field, bringing additional revenue and providing a diversified income source for the group.
