GILSTON GROUP (02011) announced that on December 19, 2025 (after trading hours), its subsidiary KYY Guangdong agreed to sell the entire equity of KYY (Hubei) Zipper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to Yichuang (Hubei) Zipper Co., Ltd. for RMB40 million. KYY Hubei is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sales of zipper products.

The Group believes the disposal will streamline operations and improve resource allocation, generate immediate cash inflow to strengthen working capital, explore further business and investment opportunities within existing operations, and optimize its business model to deliver stable returns for shareholders.
