SPACE GROUP (02448) announced that on July 18, 2024, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange setting out the following resumption guidance for the resumption of trading in the company's shares on the Stock Exchange: (i) the winding-up order against the company being dismissed or withdrawn, and the appointment of any liquidator being discharged; (ii) demonstrating the company's compliance with Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules; (iii) re-compliance with Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules; and (iv) providing the market with all material information to enable the company's shareholders and other investors to assess the company's position.

On November 12, 2024, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange setting out the following additional resumption guidance for the resumption of trading in the company's shares: (i) publication of all financial results required under the Listing Rules but not yet published, and addressing any audit qualifications.

Mr. Li Guohui has resigned as independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as chairman of the company's audit committee and member of the nomination committee, effective from June 10, 2025.

In addition, the company's shares remain suspended from trading.
