SINA Technology reported on the morning of October 26 that several OPPO users recently exposed on social platforms that their smartphones exhibited green lines on the screens. Affected models include the Find X series, Reno series, and OnePlus series, with most phones being less than four years old.

In response to this issue, OPPO stated, "For devices experiencing this screen line problem, we will offer free screen replacement service within four years of purchase; for devices older than four years, we will still provide a discount replacement policy significantly below market price."
