MANYCORE TECH (00068) has announced that (i) Dr. Xu Weiwei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from October 2, 2026; (ii) Mr. Tan Zhiqian has submitted his resignation as a non-executive director, effective from October 2, 2026, and will cease to be a member of the board's audit committee upon the effective date of his resignation; (iii) Dr. Xu Weiwei will be appointed as a member of the audit committee, effective from October 2, 2026.
