ANJOY FOODS GROUP CO., LTD. (the “Company”) announced that as of 30 November 2025, the total authorised share capital remained at RMB 333,288,932. This comprises 39,994,700 H shares (par value RMB 1 each) and 293,294,232 A shares (par value RMB 1 each), with no changes in authorised or registered amounts during the month.

The issued share capital also remained unchanged. At month-end, the H shares stood at 39,994,700 (none held in treasury). A shares totaled 293,294,232, of which 292,133,332 were issued shares (excluding treasury) and 1,160,900 were held in treasury.

Regarding the 2023 Share Option Incentive Plan for A shares, there were 6,415,920 options outstanding at the close of the preceding month. During November, 26,400 options lapsed, resulting in 6,389,520 share options outstanding at the end of the month. No new shares were issued under this plan, and no treasury shares were transferred out.
