On March 31, Minsheng Bank held its 2025 performance exchange meeting. Regarding the retail business, Executive Director and Vice President Zhang Juntong summarized the bank's retail operations for the full year of 2025 and provided an outlook for 2026.

Second, strengthening foundational capabilities to enhance the service experience for all customer segments. It will continue to solidify its base of customers, products, services, and management, while strengthening its capabilities to serve all customers, all products, all channels, and all scenarios.
