The board-authorized notice, dated 21 April 2026, specifically addresses non-registered shareholders whose shares are held via CCASS. Shareholders encountering difficulties in accessing the online report may request printed copies—free of charge—by completing and returning the accompanying request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8606-ecom@vistra.com.
