Jardine Cycle & Carriage (C07) announced that Mr Benjamin Birks will resign as Group Managing Director and Executive Director at the conclusion of the company’s Annual General Meeting on Apr, 30 2026, ending more than six years in the role.

Chairman Mr Samuel Tsien thanked Mr Birks for his leadership and stated that a successor will be named in due course.
