The board of KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (ASX: 02513) has announced the appointment of Mr. Xu Wenming as an independent non-executive director of the company.

His appointment will take effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting on June 22, 2026, and will last until the end of the term of the first board of directors.

Following this appointment, the board is also pleased to announce that, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting on June 22, 2026, Mr. Xu has been appointed as the chairman of the board's remuneration committee and a member of the board's nomination committee.
