YH Entertainment Group reported no change in its authorized share capital, which remains at 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a total par value of USD 200,000 as of 31 October 2025.

The total number of issued shares stands at 871,881,000, comprising 830,559,000 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and 41,322,000 treasury shares. The shift from 834,453,000 issued shares and 37,428,000 treasury shares at the close of the previous month reflects a repurchase of 3,894,000 shares during October 2025.

Between 13 October and 27 October 2025, the company conducted multiple share repurchases at prices ranging from HKD 2.36 to HKD 2.55, adding 3,894,000 shares to its treasury holdings. These transactions were approved on 20 June 2025 and did not affect the total authorized share capital.
