Bitari, a company providing hosting and related services for bitcoin mining operations, submitted its IPO filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, targeting up to $30 million in proceeds. The firm plans to offer 4.3 million shares at $7 each, which would value the company at approximately $302 million based on the proposed price.

Operating as a digital infrastructure enterprise, Bitari focuses on delivering secure and efficient hosting, maintenance, and ancillary services across the full lifecycle of bitcoin mining activities. The company currently runs two fully owned mining facilities in Texas, holds a contracted site in Indiana, and has outlined ambitions to broaden its operational footprint across North America.

Beyond its existing infrastructure business, Bitari intends to pursue opportunities to evolve from a traditional hosting provider into a comprehensive advisory platform specializing in digital assets. This strategic shift underscores the company's forward-looking approach amid the rapidly changing cryptocurrency landscape.

Headquartered in Wheeler, Texas, the company was founded in 2022 and generated $11 million in revenue over the twelve months ending April 30, 2026. Bitari plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "BIAI." The firm initially submitted its filing confidentially on November 7, 2025, with Tiger Brokers serving as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
