Bulletin Express
08/03

For the month ended 31 July 2026, C-MER Medical Holdings Limited reported a reduction of 2.74 million ordinary shares, bringing total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) down to 1.21 billion. Concurrently, treasury shares rose to 23.36 million, while the overall issued share count remained unchanged at 1.23 billion.

Authorised capital was steady at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, maintaining total authorised capital at HKD 800 million.

The 2.74 million shares were repurchased on 20 May 2026 and are now held in treasury, accounting for the shift between issued and treasury shares during July.

Under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme, 0.13 million options were outstanding at month-end; no options were exercised, and no new shares were issued or transferred from treasury. The scheme still allows for up to 92.12 million shares to be issued upon full exercise of all options that may be granted.

C-MER Medical confirmed that its public float comfortably meets the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold as at 31 July 2026.
