Bama Tea Executes HKD 0.63 Million Share Buyback, Treasury Stock Rises to 0.96 % of Issued Shares

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. reported a repurchase of 18,900 H shares on 10 September 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought on-market at prices ranging between HKD 33.26 and HKD 33.50, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 33.42 per share and an aggregate outlay of HKD 0.63 million.

Capital structure impact • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.02 % to 84.10 million following the transaction. • Treasury shares increased to 816,900, now representing 0.96 % of the 84.92 million total issued shares.

Repurchase mandate status • The current mandate, approved on 21 April 2026, permits the buyback of up to 5.30 million shares. • Cumulative purchases under this mandate total 816,900 shares, or 1.54 % of the issuer’s share count at the mandate date. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals remains in effect until 10 October 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
