Jardine Matheson Holdings reported two insider share purchases on Jun, 24 2026 and Jun, 25 2026.

The company said Managing Director, Investments, Irene Yuanmo Liu acquired a total of 4,800 ordinary shares on Jun, 24 2026 at prices ranging from US$62.30 to US$62.40 per share, all executed on the Singapore Exchange.

In a separate transaction, 1947 Trustee Limited, acting as trustee of the 1947 Trust that lists Jardine Matheson’s executive directors as discretionary objects, purchased a combined 70,000 ordinary shares. The trust bought 35,000 shares at US$62.5596 each on Jun, 24 2026 and another 35,000 shares at US$63.3954 each on Jun, 25 2026, also on the Singapore Exchange.

The combined trades bring total insider and closely associated party acquisitions disclosed to 74,800 shares.
