China Railway Group Limited (00390) has announced that Mr. Wang Shiqi has resigned from his positions as executive director and member of the Board's Safety, Health and Environment Committee, effective March 2, 2026, due to retirement. Following his resignation, Mr. Wang will no longer hold any position within the company. Consequently, Mr. Wang has also ceased to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. Mr. Zhao Dianlong, the company's President and an Executive Director, has been appointed as the new authorized representative, with the appointment taking effect from March 2, 2026.
