Ibex Limited shares surged 24.6% after the business process outsourcing provider reported fourth quarter earnings and revenue that significantly exceeded analyst expectations, driven by strong performance across its top verticals.

Baidu shares jumped 5.1% in premarket trading. China's Alibaba and Baidu have started using internally designed chips to train their AI models, partly replacing those made by Nvidia, The Information reported on Thursday, citing four people with direct knowledge of the matter.

AI tech firm Super Micro Computer announced it has begun volume shipments of its Nvidia Blackwell Ultra solutions to customers worldwide, sending shares up 4.6% in premarket trading.

Warner Bros. Discovery shares gained another 3.9% in premarket trading, while Paramount Skydance gained 2.1%. Shares in Warner Brothers Discovery and Paramount Skydance have surged on Thursday following reports that Paramount Skydance is preparing an offer to buy the rival studio.

Adobe raised its fiscal 2025 revenue and profit forecasts, signaling strong demand for its design software and increased monetization of artificial intelligence tools. Shares of the San Jose, California-based company rose 3.9% in premarket trading.

Luxury furniture company RH slumped 7.9% in premarket trading after cutting its sales outlook for the full year, citing mounting impacts from new US tariffs that resulted in delays to a seasonal catalog.
