SKYMISSION GP (01429) has announced that all conditions set out in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement has been successfully completed on September 8, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.

A total of 320 million placement shares, representing 20% of the issued share capital of the company immediately prior to completion and approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital following the allotment and issuance of the placement shares, have been successfully allotted to no fewer than six placees at a placing price of HK$0.101 per placement share.
