C FIN SERVICES (00605) has announced a new lending agreement, disclosing that its subsidiary, Shenzhen Lingda Microfinance, entered into a loan contract with borrower GQ Wu Peiyi on September 18, 2026.

Under the terms of the agreement, Shenzhen Lingda Microfinance, acting as the lender, has agreed to provide a one-year loan with a principal amount of RMB 19 million to the borrower.
