WUHAN YOUJI (02881) has announced that Mr. Chen Ping has resigned from his position as a Co-Company Secretary of the company, effective April 27, 2026. The resignation follows the company's proposed re-domiciliation and the requirement under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) for a company secretary of a Hong Kong limited company, if an individual, to ordinarily reside in Hong Kong, a requirement Mr. Chen will be unable to fulfill. Mr. Chen will continue to serve as an Executive Director and an Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. The company's other Co-Company Secretary, Ms. Lai Ho Yan, who possesses the professional qualifications and relevant experience required under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, will continue to serve as the company's secretary.
