ZCZL Industrial Technology Group Company Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB12.50 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Shareholders endorsed the payout on 26 May 2026. Key timetable milestones on the Hong Kong share register are as follows: ex-dividend date on 04 June 2026; deadline for share transfers at 16:30 on 05 June 2026; book-closure period from 08 to 11 June 2026; record date on 11 June 2026; and payment scheduled for 15 July 2026. The dividend will be distributed in Hong Kong dollars, with the exact exchange rate to be announced.

Withholding tax will be applied at 10 % for both non-resident enterprise shareholders and most non-resident individual shareholders. A 20 % rate applies to domestic individual investors and domestic securities investment funds holding H shares through Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect. Refund procedures will be available for eligible shareholders whose treaty rate is below 10 %.

If the company’s total share capital changes between the dividend announcement and the record date, the dividend per share will remain unchanged and the aggregate distribution amount will be adjusted accordingly, with further announcements to follow should any revisions occur.
