CAPINFO (01075) has announced that Mr. Xin Shuangbai has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director, effective upon the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting.

The board of directors has proposed to table a resolution at the extraordinary general meeting for the election of Mr. Li Feng as a non-executive director, which will take effect upon approval by the meeting and will last until the expiration of the term of the ninth board of directors.
