ANCHORSTONE (01592) announced the appointment of Professor Yin Mengbo as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective May 19, 2026. Professor Yin will also assume the roles of Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and a member of both the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Concurrently, Mr. Gao Zijian has resigned from his positions as an Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees, effective from the same date. His resignation is due to his pursuit of other career opportunities and personal commitments.
