MoneyMax Financial Services announced on Sep, 08 2026 that it plans to undertake a bonus issue of up to 318,477,548 new ordinary shares on the basis of one bonus share for every three existing shares held by shareholders on a record date to be determined. Fractional entitlements will be disregarded.

Based on the company’s current issued share capital of 955,432,646 shares, the enlarged share base would rise to about 1,273,910,194 shares after completion of the exercise. The bonus shares represent 33.33% of the existing share capital and roughly 25% of the enlarged capital.

The bonus shares will be allotted as fully paid at no cost to eligible shareholders and will rank pari passu with existing shares, except that they will not participate in any distributions whose record date precedes their allotment. The issue will be made under the general mandate approved at the company’s Apr, 28 2026 annual general meeting, which allows issuance of up to 468,749,999 new shares; no shares have yet been issued under this mandate.

Implementation remains subject to Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) approval for listing and quotation of the bonus shares on the Mainboard. MoneyMax will announce the record date after securing the necessary clearances.

Management said the move is intended to expand the company’s share capital in line with business growth, reward existing shareholders and enhance trading liquidity.

The board stated that no director or substantial shareholder has any interest in the proposal beyond their existing shareholdings. The company advised investors to exercise caution when trading its shares pending final approvals.
