GCL New Energy Holdings Limited (00451) released its monthly return for October 2025, confirming that the authorized share capital remains at HKD 250,000,000, with a total of 3,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.083333333334. The issued share capital also remains unchanged at 1,554,322,926 ordinary shares.

According to the announcement, there has been no change in the number of treasury shares.
