ROAD KING INFRA (01098) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HK$1.785 billion, representing a 48.54% year-on-year decline. The company recorded a shareholder loss of HK$2.034 billion, marking a significant 98.12% expansion compared to the same period last year, with basic loss per share of HK$2.71.

According to the announcement, the Group was impacted by the continued downturn in the real estate market and sluggish sales performance. For the first half of 2025, ROAD KING INFRA achieved total property sales (including joint ventures and associate projects) of RMB5.232 billion. This comprised RMB4.769 billion in signed sales contracts and RMB463 million in sales agreements pending contract conversion.
