Share Option Movements • Two batches under the 2013 Share Option Scheme expired on 30 August 2023; during July 2026, 4.10 million options lapsed (1.90 million at an exercise price of HK$0.0534 and 2.20 million at HK$0.0506). • Outstanding options under the expired 2013 scheme fell to 15.25 million. • No options were exercised, resulting in zero new shares issued and no funds raised. • The 2023 Share Option Scheme remains unused, with capacity for up to 251.80 million new shares.

Other Instruments and Agreements The company reported no warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments outstanding or exercised during the period.
