The average contracted selling price was approximately RMB 10,400 per square meter, while the contracted sales amount attributable to the company's shareholders was around RMB 500 million. For the period from January to December 2025, the Group achieved cumulative contracted sales, inclusive of sales from joint ventures and associated companies, totaling approximately RMB 16.1 billion. The cumulative contracted sales area reached about 1.5479 million square meters, with an average selling price of roughly RMB 10,900 per square meter. The amount attributable to the company's shareholders from these cumulative sales was approximately RMB 8.29 billion.
