VITASOY INT'L Executes HK$11.71 Million Share Buy-Back; 1.83 Million Shares Acquired Without Altering Issued Capital

VITASOY INT'L (00345) has released a Next Day Disclosure Return detailing a series of on-market share repurchases that leave its issued share capital unchanged at 1.02 billion ordinary shares as of 10 September 2026.

Between 25 August and 10 September 2026, the company bought back a cumulative 1.83 million shares for cancellation, equal to 0.18% of the 1.02 billion shares outstanding before the transactions. The aggregate cash consideration amounted to HK$11.71 million, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase price of roughly HK$6.41 per share.

The latest and single-largest daily purchase occurred on 10 September 2026, when 548,000 shares were acquired on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$6.27 to HK$6.41, costing HK$3.46 million.

These transactions form part of a repurchase mandate approved on 24 August 2026, which authorises VITASOY INT'L to repurchase up to 101.76 million shares. After the 1.83 million shares already bought back, approximately 99.93 million shares remain available under the mandate, equivalent to 9.8% of current issued capital.

Pursuant to Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 October 2026. VITASOY INT'L has confirmed that all repurchases complied with applicable regulations and that no material changes have been made to the previously filed explanatory statement.
