BeijingWest Industries International Limited disclosed a set of share issuances dated 09 February 2026, resulting in a rise in the number of issued shares from 861,508,602 to 1,292,262,903. The new shares were issued under four separate categories of subscriptions, each priced at HKD 0.704 per share.

The transactions included the issuance of 236,914,866 Connected Subscription Shares A, 64,613,145 Connected Subscription Shares B, 64,613,145 Subscription Shares C, and 64,613,145 Subscription Shares D. These share issuances collectively account for a significant percentage increase in the company’s issued share capital, bringing the closing balance to 1,292,262,903 shares as of 09 February 2026.
