LAUNCH TECH (02488) announced that Mr. Liu Guozhu (Mr. Liu) resigned as a member of the company's board of directors effective December 17, 2025, due to his candidacy for the position of employee director. Mr. Liu confirmed that there were no disagreements with the board and that he was not aware of any matters concerning his resignation requiring shareholders' attention.

The company further announced that at the employee representative assembly held on December 17, 2025, Mr. Liu was elected as an employee director of the board. His term takes immediate effect and will continue until the conclusion of the current board's tenure, i.e., until the date of the annual general meeting in 2028. He will be eligible for re-election upon the expiration of his term.
