Sino-Synergy Hydrogen Energy Technology (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. announced that its board of directors will convene on 27 August 2026 to review and approve the unaudited consolidated financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

In addition to releasing the 1H26 results, the board will also discuss the possible declaration of an interim dividend.

The meeting date and agenda were confirmed in a filing dated 17 August 2026, signed by Chairman, Executive Director and General Manager Chen Xiaomin.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises nine directors, including three executive directors, three non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
