On 15 July 2019, China Everbright Bank Company Limited (the “Company”) issued 350.00 million preference shares under the Third Tranche of Preference Shares, amounting to 35.00 billion yuan. The Company announced on 5 February 2026 plans to redeem these preference shares in full.

On 11 February 2026, the Company completed redemption by paying 35.15 billion yuan in total, covering the nominal value and dividends accrued from 1 January 2026 to 10 February 2026 to all registered holders. Following confirmation from the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (Shanghai Branch), the relevant preference shares have been canceled. This marks the completion of the redemption and delisting of the Third Tranche of Preference Shares.
